These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of eaicontentstudio.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are

eaicontentstudio.com ("eaicontentstudio.com", the "service", "we", "us" or "our") is an AI content generation platform. You can reach us through our contact page.

In these Terms, "you" means the individual or organisation using the service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Tell us promptly through our contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Accounts are personal to you. Do not share, sell or transfer your account without our written consent.

3. The service

eaicontentstudio.com provides tools that generate and process content using artificial intelligence, which may include text and article generation, image generation, chat assistants, code assistance, voice synthesis, voice cloning, speech-to-text transcription and related features. The features available to you depend on your plan.

We develop the service continuously. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may impose or adjust technical limits, provided we do not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan you have already paid for during its current billing period.

4. Plans, credits and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or yearly) until cancelled, or are sold as one-off credit packs, as shown at checkout.
  • Many features consume credits or tokens. The amount consumed depends on the feature, the model used and the length of your input and output. Your current balance is shown in your dashboard.
  • Unless stated otherwise on your plan, unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or bank charges.
  • Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend or downgrade your access until the balance is settled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Except where a refund is required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for credits that have already been consumed. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us through our contact page within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

6. Your content

"Input" means the prompts, text, files, images, audio and other material you submit to the service. "Output" means the material the service generates in response.

  • You retain ownership of your Input. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the Output generated for you.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your Input and Output solely to operate, secure and support the service, including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in section 9.
  • You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit your Input and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you need to retain.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break the law, or infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • create or distribute material that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualises minors;
  • generate sexual, political or commercial content impersonating a real person, or clone a person's voice or likeness, without that person's documented consent;
  • produce deceptive content presented as fact, including disinformation, fake reviews, fake news or fraudulent claims;
  • develop malware, phishing pages, spam campaigns or tools for unauthorised access to systems;
  • provide medical, legal or financial advice presented as professional advice without appropriate qualification and review;
  • reverse engineer the service, circumvent credit limits or rate limits, scrape it at scale, or resell access to it as a substitute product without our written agreement;
  • upload malicious code, or interfere with the security or performance of the service.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action, including removing content, limiting features or suspending accounts.

8. AI-generated output

Please read this section carefully. AI models are probabilistic and can be wrong.

  • Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or offensive, even when it reads convincingly. Verify anything you rely on.
  • Output is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, financial or tax advice.
  • The same or similar prompts may produce similar output for other users. We cannot guarantee that Output is unique, or that it is free of third-party rights.
  • Copyright protection for AI-generated material differs between countries and may be limited or unavailable. Take your own advice before relying on it commercially.
  • You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing or otherwise using it, and for complying with any disclosure rules that apply to AI-generated content in your industry or jurisdiction.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for AI model inference, payment processing, email delivery, storage and analytics. Your Input and Output may be transmitted to and processed by these providers so that we can deliver the features you request. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Teams and multi-user accounts

If your plan supports teams, the account owner controls membership, roles and permissions, and can access, export and delete content created within the team workspace. The account owner is responsible for their members' use of the service and for the fees incurred by the team.

11. Affiliate programme

Where we operate an affiliate programme, commission is earned on qualifying, completed and non-refunded payments made by customers you refer. Payouts are subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold shown in your dashboard. Self-referrals, spam, misleading claims about the service, bidding on our brand terms and cookie stuffing are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commission and removal from the programme.

12. Our intellectual property

The service itself, including its software, interface, design, trade marks and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service in accordance with your plan. No other rights are granted.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your payments fail, if we are required to do so by law, or if your use poses a security or legal risk to us or other users. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. We may delete your content after a reasonable period in line with the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections 6, 8, 12, 14, 15 and 16.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that Output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your Input, your use of Output, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service and the law evolve. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable advance notice, for example by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept them; if you do not, you may cancel your plan.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to the operator of the service. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
